What’s been happening:

Well, my wife and I have raised five children, two were born on campus; they have since graduated college. Two others are in college; one graduating June, 2009, the other a sophomore. The last child is a high school sophomore. I got another Masters degree in Secondary Science Education from NYU and currently finishing my dissertation in urban science education from City University of New York. I am also currently a science teacher educator and a program evaluator at UPenn and also conducting science pedagogy research in the School District of Philadelphia. I have performed adjunct works at BMCC, Queens College, City College, Barnard College and Lehman College in New York City focusing on urban science teacher preparation. I am looking forward to getting back into class as an assistant professor of secondary science education. I can never forget my root at Penn State. I meet Penn Staters everywhere. All I need to say is "We are..." into a crowd at any event and I know I will get a response, "Penn State." Long Live Nittany Lion. Live Live Penn State. Go JoePa.
